I arrived at the San Francisco International Airport around 4 AM in the morning. There was some kind of problem happening with our plane tickets. A worker told us that we cannot board unless the legitimacy of our plane tickets is confirmed. Even though I was worry if our plane will be delayed at some point, I still believe that the waiting process was necessary. The workers were doing their part to make sure everyone is safe on the plane.
With pure serendipity, we were able to board. I want to thank the Southwest Airline customer service. Even though they were confused too when the plane ticket issue occurred, I was amazed that the problem was solved efficiently. After getting off the plane and arriving at Washington D.C., I felt a wave of humid air. This is my first time being in the East Coast. Even though one can always go online to check the weather of D.C., being there to feel the weather physical is a different experience.
